These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of products from VRDK. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns, Exchange & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.

About VRDK

VRDK is a made-to-order luxury fashion brand where every design is thoughtfully handcrafted after your order is placed. This approach allows us to focus on exceptional craftsmanship, personalised attention and timeless quality while embracing a more mindful approach to fashion by reducing unnecessary waste.

Product Information

We strive to ensure that every design is represented on our website as accurately as possible through detailed descriptions and photographs.

However, slight variations in colour may occur due to photography, studio lighting, editing or differences in screen displays.

As every design is handcrafted, minor variations in embroidery placement, thread work, handcrafted detailing, finishing and slight measurement tolerances are natural characteristics of artisan-made products. These variations make every piece unique and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

Made-to-Order Designs

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all VRDK designs are made to order.

Production begins only after successful payment verification and order confirmation. Since every design is individually handcrafted, slight variations from website images may naturally occur and are a reflection of the artisan process that makes each creation unique.

Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise.

Orders are confirmed only after successful receipt and verification of payment. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

In select cases, VRDK may approve partial advance payment arrangements. Where applicable, the remaining balance must be paid before dispatch. Such arrangements are offered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to prior approval.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase a product and does not automatically guarantee its acceptance by VRDK.

While we always endeavour to fulfil every order, there may be rare situations where we are unable to proceed. These may include, but are not limited to:

* Unavailability of fabric or raw materials.
* Pricing, technical or typographical errors.
* Payment verification issues.
* Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.
* Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If an order is cancelled by VRDK before dispatch, any amount received from the customer will be refunded through the original payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including but not limited to product designs, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, illustrations, text, branding and other creative material, is the exclusive intellectual property of VRDK unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, used for commercial purposes or otherwise exploited without the prior written permission of VRDK.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines are provided in good faith to help you plan your purchase. Detailed information regarding production, dispatch and delivery is available in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

While we make every effort to meet the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to production requirements, courier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such delays shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, compensation or damages.

Website Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure that the information available on our website is accurate and up to date.

However, occasional typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies or technical errors may occur. VRDK reserves the right to correct such errors, update information or modify product details where necessary without prior notice.

Promotional Offers

From time to time, VRDK may introduce promotional offers, discount codes, sale campaigns or other special benefits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers are subject to their respective terms and conditions, cannot be combined with other ongoing offers and remain valid only for the specified duration. VRDK reserves the right to modify, extend or withdraw any promotional offer without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VRDK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of this website, delays beyond our reasonable control or the purchase and use of our products.

Nothing contained in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude any rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Fair Use

To ensure a safe and fair shopping experience for all customers, VRDK reserves the right to decline or cancel any order, request or claim that appears to be fraudulent, abusive, misleading or inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions or any other policy published on our website.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, your use of this website or any purchase made from VRDK shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Yamunanagar, Haryana, India.
