At VRDK, we understand that once you’ve placed your order, you’re excited to receive it. That’s why we believe in keeping you informed every step of the way.

As a made-to-order brand, every design is thoughtfully handcrafted after your order is placed. Rather than mass-producing our collections, we dedicate time to creating each design with exceptional craftsmanship, careful attention to detail and thorough quality checks—so you receive a piece we’re proud to send and you’ll love to wear.

Your Order Timeline

To make things simple, your order reaches you in two stages.

Stage 1 – We Create Your Design

Once your order is confirmed, our team begins crafting your design.

Please allow 7–15 business days for us to handcraft your design, complete our quality checks, carefully pack it and hand it over to our courier partner.

Stage 2 – Courier Delivery

After your order has been handed over to our courier partner, delivery within India generally takes an additional 2–8 business days, depending on your location and the courier partner.

For international orders, delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures and the selected shipping service.

If you have a specific occasion or delivery date in mind, we’d love to help wherever possible. Please get in touch with us before placing your order, and we’ll check whether an expedited production or shipping option can be arranged, subject to availability.

Shipping Charges

* Within India: We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
* International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country and package weight and will be shared with you before your order is confirmed.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is handed over to our courier partner, we’ll share your tracking details so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Delays

While we always aim to deliver your order within the estimated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to courier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

If there’s an unexpected delay before your order leaves our studio, we’ll keep you informed and do our best to ensure it reaches you as soon as possible.

Delivery Address & Contact Details

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number and other delivery details are accurate and complete at the time of placing your order.

VRDK cannot be held responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by the customer.

Refused or Undeliverable Deliveries

We kindly request customers to accept delivery of their orders when they arrive.

If an order is refused, remains unclaimed, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, incorrect contact details or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, it may be returned to us by the courier partner.

Any additional shipping or re-delivery charges incurred to resend the order will be the responsibility of the customer.
