Exchange Policy

As every VRDK design is handcrafted exclusively for the customer who orders it, we do not offer exchanges once an order has been delivered.

We understand that ordering occasion wear online is an important decision, which is why we’re committed to helping you make the right choice before you place your order.

Our team is always happy to assist you with sizing, measurements, colours, fabrics, customisation and design-related queries. If you’d like a more personalised shopping experience, we’re also happy to arrange a phone or video consultation with our design team, where you can view design details more closely, discuss your preferences, receive expert sizing guidance and have all your questions answered before placing your order.

Many of our lehengas feature adjustable dori closures, several blouse designs include back dori detailing for added flexibility, and most of our designs are stitched with approximately a two-inch margin to allow convenient local alterations, wherever required.

Our goal is to ensure you feel completely confident about your purchase, so your design is exactly what you envisioned from the very beginning.

Return Policy

Because every VRDK design is handcrafted exclusively for you, returns are accepted only in exceptional circumstances and are subject to review and approval by our team.

Return Window: Any eligible return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Requests received after this 24 hours period will not be considered.

Return requests will not be accepted for:

* Sale or discounted purchases.
* Orders placed using promotional codes or discount coupons.
* Custom-sized, customised or personalised designs.
* Designs altered at the customer’s request.
* Orders refused, declined or not accepted upon delivery.
* Requests arising from a change of mind, personal preference, change of occasion or colour preference after successful delivery.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to customer-related reasons, it will not qualify for a return or refund. Any return shipping, storage, customs or re-shipping charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Every return request is carefully reviewed before an appropriate resolution is determined.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Design

Every VRDK design undergoes multiple quality inspections before it leaves our studio to ensure it meets our quality standards.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect design, please contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To help us investigate your concern, please share:

* Your order number.
* Clear photographs of the issue.
* A continuous, uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened, without any cuts, pauses or edits.

The unboxing video is required for verification. Requests submitted without it may not be eligible for review.

Once our team has completed its review and confirmed the concern, VRDK may, at its sole discretion, offer an appropriate resolution, including a repair, replacement or another suitable remedy, depending on the nature of the issue.

Approved Return Process

If your return request is approved, our team will provide detailed instructions for returning the design.

Unless otherwise communicated by VRDK, all courier, freight and other shipping charges associated with returning the design will be borne by the customer.

Once the returned design is received, it will undergo a final inspection. Any repair, replacement, refund or other approved resolution will be processed only after we have verified that the returned design corresponds with the reported concern and complies with the return instructions provided.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

As every VRDK design is handcrafted exclusively after your order is confirmed, production begins specifically for you.

For this reason, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been confirmed.

In the unlikely event that fabric availability, raw materials or other unforeseen production constraints make it impossible for us to fulfil your order, VRDK reserves the right to cancel the order. If this happens, a full refund of the amount paid will be processed through the original payment method.

Custom Sizing

We proudly offer custom sizing because we believe every customer deserves a beautiful fit.

If you choose custom sizing, you’re responsible for providing accurate measurements. If you need any assistance, our team will be happy to guide you through the measurement process before production begins.

While we take every care in creating your design, VRDK cannot be held responsible for fitting concerns resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Policy Misuse

To ensure a fair and secure experience for all our customers, VRDK reserves the right to decline any request that appears to be fraudulent, abusive or inconsistent with the policies outlined on our website.
